In order to get better in these disciplines, all of us need help: someone to coach us. We have all stood on the shoulders of giants. Every one of us needs encouragement and accountability to succeed in business and life!
The team at Speakers College is available to help. Here’s how it works:
You make a 3 month commitment to the coaching process. All coaching is done over the phone and thru email. It consists of the following schedule:
Month one: a one hour phone conversation each week customizing the above four essentials for business and personal success: leadership (week 1), management (week 2), coaching your team ( week 3), and planning (week 4).
There are assignments given at the start and during each week that will guide the discussion. Each session will be designed to accomplish the 3-fold objectives of 1) Thinking well, 2) Planning well and 3) Executing well.
Months 2 and 3: a one hour phone conversation held at the beginning of both months 2 and 3 to review the “game plan” and follow-up on its execution.
In between, unlimited emails are exchanged between the Speakers College team and the one being coached. At the end of 3 months, an evaluation is made as to whether to continue with the coaching. Normally, the entire process takes one year, but circumstances may prohibit any more time committed than 3 months. The rails to run on are established during the first 90 days…and it’s a stand-alone process.
The financial commitment: $1,000 starts the process. At the start of months 2 and 3, the fee is $500 per month. The total outlay is $2,000 for the first 3 months. Although no contracts are signed, it is understood that for any tangible benefits to be seen, working the process for a minimum of 90 days is important.
Beyond that, a customized program is worked out and the financial commitment becomes $300 per month. At the end of our time, our promise is that you will have greater productivity and deeper peace that you have found your calling and you are flourishing in it.
